The “Succession Training Program for the Sales Division – First Cohort” kicked off on July 28, 2017 at the company’s headquarters as part of the company’s five-year human resource development strategy. This event marked a significant milestone and reflected the expectations of the Board of Directors for the 13 selected participants in this training program.

The program, comprising 12 core modules over 13 months, provided participants with in-depth training, hands-on coaching by experts, and opportunities for self-improvement based on 360-degree feedback evaluations from colleagues. The program has resulted in noticeable improvements in management and leadership skills among the participants, along with enhanced job performance, aligning with the company’s long-term strategic goals.
The first cohort of the program concluded in the third quarter of this year with a summary event held in Ba Ria–Vung Tau province. Over 13 months of dedication, respect, and collaboration between participants and trainers, the program exceeded expectations. Notably, more than 30% of participants demonstrated outstanding performance and readiness to take on higher-level responsibilities.

Upon completing the first cohort of the “Succession Training Program for the Sales Division,” participants will continue to receive on-the-job coaching from experts and direct supervisors to ensure that the skills acquired become habitual in their daily work. In 2019, the company plans to enroll the second cohort for the S&M Succession Training Program.
