Imexpharm accelerates HR Digital transformation with FPT.iHRP

On July 22, 2025, Imexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and FPT Corporation officially launched a project to implement the FPT.iHRP Human Resource Management System, marking a new milestone in fully digitizing HR operations. This initiative aims to enhance competitiveness and drive sustainable development in the digital era.

Imexpharm and FPT kick off the FPT.iHRP HRM system implementation project

In its first phase, lasting five months, the FPT.iHRP system will cover nearly the entire HR process chain—from recruitment, training, and personnel records management to timekeeping, payroll, and performance evaluation. With over 21 years of expertise and in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, FPT.iHRP is designed to meet the strict compliance requirements of pharmaceutical manufacturing. The system also integrates seamlessly with Imexpharm’s existing ERP (SAP), enabling real-time HR data analytics, agile decision-making, efficient cost control, and an improved employee experience. This will help strengthen internal engagement and sustainably build the next generation of leaders.

The implementation of FPT.iHRP addresses the increasing complexity of human resource management at Imexpharm, a company of nearly 1,500 employees spread across branches, factories, and business units. With diverse working models—from shift-based manufacturing to flexible sales operations—the company faces high demands in timekeeping, payroll, performance management, and talent development. Furthermore, processes such as training, competency assessment, certificate management, and succession planning are still fragmented, hindering timely decision-making and operational coordination.

In recent years, Imexpharm has consistently modernized its operations with the goal of increasing efficiency, transparency, and agility in an increasingly fast-paced business environment. With FPT.iHRP, over 90% of HR processes will be digitized - boosting productivity, reducing operational costs, and enhancing both employee experience and HR efficiency, while meeting the stringent standards of the pharmaceutical industry.
