Imexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company is pleased to announce to its sales branches and valued customers nationwide the details of our Lucky Lottery Program as follows:
Sales Period: From August 1, 2022, to October 31, 2022 (Sales are calculated before VAT and after discounts).
Number of Tickets Issued: 16,000 lottery tickets, each with a unique 5-digit code (00001 – 16000).
Eligible Participants: Agents, pharmacies, and other customers who purchase directly from Imexpharm or indirectly through its distributors.
Program Details: For every VND 10,000,000 in sales during the promotion period, customers will receive 1 lucky lottery ticket. Eligible sales are calculated based on invoices for promotional products manufactured by Imexpharm (see attached file), excluding VAT and discounts:
VND 10,000,000 = 1 ticket
VND 20,000,000 = 2 tickets
Example: If the total sales reach VND 19,999,999, the customer will still receive only 1 ticket.
Each ticket will carry a 5-digit code (00001 – 16000) to participate in the lucky draw.
- Tickets are limited and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis to customers meeting the sales criteria. Imexpharm will not issue additional tickets once the allocation is exhausted.
- Reward Distribution: Imexpharm will contact the winning customers by phone using the information provided on the lottery ticket (pharmacy name, customer name, address, and phone number) to notify them of their prize and provide guidance on the claim process.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winner’s Responsibilities: Winners are responsible for any travel, accommodation, and other expenses incurred when claiming their prizes, as well as for paying personal income taxes and other applicable fees or taxes as per current laws (if any).
Imexpharm reserves the right to use the information and images of winners for advertising purposes with the consent of the winners.
