As an annual tradition and a hallmark of Imexpharm's culture, the year-end review and New Year celebration is a cherished occasion for all members to gather, share, and be inspired by the Executive Board. This year’s program took place on January 20, 2020, with two events: the 2019 Year-End Review at the Youth Activity Center in Đồng Tháp and the Year-End Party to welcome the Year of the Rat at the company headquarters.
The strategic message for Imexpharm’s family for the 2018–2022 period is "Aspiration to Lead." This aspiration is driven by a foundation of cutting-edge, Industry 4.0-aligned technology, which we aim to fully implement by 2020, encompassing EU-GMP-standard factories and advanced management systems for finance and distribution.
It is also rooted in our quality management system and investments in R&D. Moreover, this aspiration is brought to life by Imexpharm's team, especially its highly skilled scientific and technical staff, and an ambitious human resource development strategy set for 2022.
At the same time, Imexpharm is committed to fostering a culture where individuals with the aspiration to lead also demonstrate humility, self-reflection, accountability, collaboration, perseverance, enthusiasm, and discipline.

During the program, Imexpharm’s employees were honored to welcome Mr. Lê Minh Hoan, Secretary of the Đồng Tháp Provincial Party Committee, affectionately known as the "smiling Secretary." His heartfelt speech on the principles of "Humanity and Harmony" inspired the team to better understand their roles and responsibilities in contributing to collective growth. His simplicity, sincerity, and warmth left a lasting impression on all attendees, serving as a meaningful gift for the Imexpharm family at the dawn of a new year.

Notably, the Executive Board presented a 20-year service award to the Chairman of the Board, honoring his unwavering dedication to building the company’s financial management system, internal controls, and risk management framework, ensuring the effective use of resources and timely capital for operations.
