To warmly celebrate Vietnam's National Day on September 2nd and to welcome the upcoming 11th Congress of the Company’s trade union on September 11th, the Company’s Trade Union collaborated with the Cultural Committee to organize the Imexpharm Singing Contest 2017 with the theme "A Sustainable Home."
The semi-finals and finals took place on August 30th and 31st, 2017, at Imexpharm's headquarters. The results were as follows:
- First Prize: Ms. Cao Ngọc Thiên Phương – Employee of the Quality Control Department – Binh Duong High-Tech Factory
- Second Prize: Mr. Lê Thanh Phúc – Employee of the Human Resources Department
- Third Prize: Mr. Lê Hoàng Tâm – Employee of the Human Resources Department, and Mr. Dương Sĩ Hiền – Employee of Branch 2, HCMC
- Special Prize for Collective Participation: QA Department, for having the most performances in the contest
- Impressive Performance Award: Mr. Trần Trung Trực – R&D Department for his singing and dancing performance, and Ms. Cao Ngọc Thiên Phương for her solo performance.
The contest created a vibrant, joyful, and healthy environment for all employees, offering a chance to connect, understand each other better, and strengthen the bonds between departments and branches.
After the contest, Ms. Cao Ngọc Thiên Phương, the 2017 winner, shared:
"I am very grateful to the Board of Directors and the Organizing Committee for creating such a fun and meaningful platform for employees to relax and relieve stress after a busy time. The atmosphere in the days leading up to the semi-finals and finals at the company was full of excitement. Although I am from a remote branch, I received much warmth and care from my colleagues at the headquarters. I also had the opportunity to meet new people and connect with colleagues whom I had only spoken to on the phone before. I hope this contest will continue to grow and become a unique cultural feature, setting Imexpharm apart from other companies."
The Organizing Committee highly appreciates the collective, creative performances and has committed to maintaining the Imexpharm Singing Contest as an annual activity to nurture the spiritual life of employees and strengthen the connection among members of our shared home.
