The Imexpharm Sales & Marketing Convention 2026 was not only a strategic business deployment event, but also marked by a tree-planting activity of Mai Anh Dao in Da Lat, spreading a message of sustainable development and community responsibility.
Cherry Blossom Trees for a Blooming Da Lat
On March 12, 2026, Imexpharm Corporation, in collaboration with the Young Business Association of Lam Dong Province (YBA Lam Dong), participated in Da Lat City’s project titled “Ngàn cây Mai Anh Đào - Vì một Đà Lạt mãi hồng" (A Thousand Cherry Blossom Trees – For a Blooming Da Lat).
As part of the initiative, Imexpharm planted 50 mature cherry blossom trees around Xuan Huong Lake and nearby areas, contributing to expanding green spaces in the city of flowers while spreading the message of sustainable development. The cherry blossom trees planted by Imexpharm are over 3 meters tall with trunk diameters exceeding 10 cm, featuring stable canopies and healthy foliage, allowing the surrounding landscape to become greener and more harmonious immediately after planting.
Beyond planting, the project also includes a minimum 5-year maintenance and care plan to ensure a high survival rate and the long-term sustainability of the city’s green infrastructure. Notably, all trees within the project are equipped with GPS coordinates and unique identification codes, enabling tracking on a digital map via the official website https://maianhdao.lamdong.vn/,this system allows sponsors and the public to easily locate each tree using the “My Tree” feature.
Green initiatives such as this are becoming increasingly important amid growing environmental and public health challenges-from air pollution and climate change to the emergence of new diseases. The World Health Organization (WHO) has repeatedly emphasized that climate change is becoming one of the greatest threats to human health in the 21st century, with 12 out of 20 key indicators tracking climate-related health risks. In this context, international organizations are calling for human health to be placed at the center of climate action, with the expansion of urban green spaces recognized as an important solution for improving living environments and reducing emissions. Against this backdrop, an increasing number of businesses are proactively integrating sustainable development goals into their long-term growth strategies.

Efficient Growth-Strengthening Internal Capabilities
The tree-planting initiative is one of the key activities under the framework of Imexpharm’s Sales & Marketing Conference 2026 (held from March 12–15), where the Company’s leadership shared strategic directions and development goals for the next phase.
Accordingly, the General Director of Imexpharm further stated: “The year 2025 concluded with pivotal changes, ranging from significant domestic institutional reforms and Vietnam’s positive economic growth within ASEAN, to global geopolitical uncertainties, extreme natural disasters, and rising input costs. In this context, Imexpharm has maintained strong growth momentum, driven by unity, discipline, and the ability to adapt flexibly to market changes.”
In 2025, the Company recorded gross revenue of VND 2,914 billion and net revenue of VND 2,441 billion, representing year-on-year increases of 16% and 10.7%, respectively, with an EBITDA margin of 23.2%. Building on this foundation, Imexpharm aims to achieve double-digit growth in both revenue and profit in 2026, while ensuring that profit growth outpaces revenue growth through enhanced operational efficiency and optimization.
At the conference, Imexpharm also emphasized the critical role of its Sales & Marketing (S&M) workforce-a key driver in delivering the Company’s products and value to the marke. The team is being developed under a customer-centric approach and data-driven decision-making, leveraging advanced data analytics tools and omnichannel engagement models to improve market reach and facilitate broader access to high-quality treatment solutions for patients.
Returning to Our Roots – Strengthening Collective Unity
Held annually, Imexpharm’s Sales & Marketing Conference also serves as an opportunity for the entire team to foster a strong sense of unity and reinforce internal cohesion through a series of team-building activities, including hiking, hot air balloon releases, and in-house artistic performances. As part of the event, Imexpharm employees shared meaningful and reflective moments by participating in a traditional incense offering ceremony, expressing gratitude and reconnecting with their roots.
To reach the ceremonial site, participants undertook a symbolic journey of 633 steps, representing a path of perseverance and determination. This journey serves as a reminder of the values of gratitude, resilience, and commitment - both at the individual level and across the Imexpharm collective. The program also featured a hot air balloon release ceremony carrying the message “Steadfast Imexpharm”, alongside the core values of Strong Foundation – Strong Belief – Strong Determination.
The image of the “Imexpharm Tree” was used as a symbol of collective strength, representing the synergy of each individual contributing to the Company’s sustainable development journey.
