With this direction, the Human Resources Department has launched the “Basic Management Skills” training program for newly appointed managers – a key successor pool, primarily consisting of sales supervisors from 18 branches nationwide.
The program took place over two days, March 10–11, 2026, in Da Lat, focusing on essential competencies:
