The Sales & Marketing (S&M) Workshop 2019, themed 'The Aspiration to Lead,' kicked off in Dalat City, bringing together Imexpharm's leadership and a dedicated team united by the shared vision of becoming Vietnam's leading pharmaceutical company. This vision centers on excelling in comprehensive management across Technology, R&D, and Market Expansion, with the ultimate goal of achieving sustainable development.

The conference took place with a team-building activity titled "The Champion." Demonstrating youthful energy, intelligence, dynamism, and unity, participants maximized their strengths as "lightning-fast" Imexpharm warriors. Six teams, each representing one of Imexpharm's core values with distinct uniforms and slogans, created an electrifying and competitive atmosphere.
A significant addition to this year's workshop was the "Shining Together" competition, which recognized outstanding sales representatives. The competition aimed to identify top talents while fostering teamwork and offering the sales force opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge for daily work. This activity is expected to become an annual tradition at future workshops.

Exemplifying enthusiasm, fun, learning, and sharing, the competition concluded with Cửu Long 2 branch claiming the championship after surpassing 19 other branches. The event highlighted the leadership's commitment to sharing experiences, setting goals, and equipping the sales force with essential tools and strategies, including marketing policies, DMS software, debt management, performance evaluation, and training for adaptability in a dynamic market.
The workshop also provided sales team members with opportunities to "sharpen the axe." Engaging, practical training sessions led by experienced instructors allowed participants to gain real-world insights and hands-on experience. These activities reinforced the confidence and spirit of Imexpharm’s sales warriors, fueling their drive to achieve 2019’s goals and contribute to the realization of the "Aspiration to Lead" strategy.
The highlight of the conference was the inspiring address by Imexpharm’s Chairman of the Board and General Director, People’s Doctor, Pharmacist Trần Thị Đào:
"First, I want to acknowledge the hard work of our sales team over the past year. I encourage all of you to carry the passion and spirit of an Imexpharm warrior, always striving to become champions. Through this program, my fellow executives and I have also gained valuable lessons to guide the Imexpharm ship toward success in 2019".

You all deserve to be honored and have your individual success stories highlighted, inspiring others and spreading the values and determination needed to achieve the goals for the new year, 2019.
To demonstrate determination and uphold the sixth cultural principle "Let’s communicate with numbers," the leaders of the branches have made commitments to the Board of Directors and to the entire team regarding the targets for 2019.
Closing the event was an explosive and fiery gala dinner, showcasing the spirit of working hard and playing hard of the “frontline warriors.” We are one family, and we will always love and support each other, striving together with all our might.
Another season of the conference has passed, leaving behind heartfelt emotions and a lasting passion for our shared home, Imexpharm. We firmly believe in the path we are on, in the vision, and in the outstanding leadership of our captain and his team. We will “give our all” for the goals of 2019, and together, we will “talk to each other with numbers” with the Aspiration to Lead.
