In 27 August 2017, Imexpharm hosted a panel discussion “Keeping the flame alive for Imexfamily” as one of the major corporate culture events organized on a large scale by the Human Resource Development Department. The event saw the active participation of the Board of Directors, along with more than 400 employees from both the production and office divisions at the company headquarters, as well as staff from Branch 3 in Binh Duong Province.
The event provided a valuable opportunity for the Board of Directors to engage and share insights with employees across the company. It fostered an open, multi-dimensional communication platform, encouraging everyone to voice their thoughts and contribute to the development of Imexpharm’s corporate culture. Discussions encompassed a range of topics, including the company’s production, business activities, and policies, all welcomed with interest. With the leadership’s open-minded approach, participants were enthusiastic and actively contributed, making the discussions both dynamic and constructive.
The panel discussion was divided into two key parts: a session on corporate culture led by the General Director, followed by an open dialogue between the Board of Directors and the company’s employees.
For over 40 years, Imexpharm’s leaders and employees, across generations, have shown remarkable dedication and effort, working together through the highs and lows to build the sustainably growing Imexpharm we see today. The question remains: how did they achieve this? They built a deep belief in the company’s mission of providing comprehensive medical solutions for the community, paired with unwavering determination, resilience, and a passion for both their work and their purpose in life. This commitment has become a flame that has been passed down through generations at Imexpharm, igniting a lasting sense of purpose and driving the company’s continuous growth and success.
We firmly believe in this vision and its practice, and we strive to inspire the leadership to pass this sacred flame on to the entire workforce. As the saying goes, “A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle.” To pass on the flame, the leader must be a strong and vibrant source of inspiration - one that can ignite and set ablaze the spirit and passion within the employees.
People’s Doctor, Pharmacist Tran Thi Dao, General Director of Imexpharm, emphasized that “Each officer, in every position and department, must first be a role model for their colleagues and subordinates to follow, and then serve as a source of inspiration throughout the company.”
The value of a business is not solely reflected in its financial figures; it also lies in the culture of every individual within the company and the legacy they create for future generations. While passing the flame to employees is a significant challenge, helping them keep that flame alive is even more intricate. As someone once said, “The wind will put out a small fire and turn a big fire into a flame.” Therefore, the people of
Imexpharm must remain committed to their targets and pursue their goals with unwavering determination, ensuring that their passion and drive continue to burn brightly.
Contributing positive input to collectively help Imexpharm develop sustainably is essential for sustaining and fueling passion. An open and multi-dimensional communication platform fosters understanding, allowing the workforce to feel connected and secure within the Imexpharm family, ultimately empowering them to accomplish their work effectively.
