In 29 July 2016, Imexpharm hosted a corporate culture forum for mid-level managers, starting with an engaging activity where participants assumed the roles of managers, employees, and observers to collaboratively solve a challenging puzzle. This dynamic exercise set the tone for an interactive and thought-provoking event focused on fostering teamwork and leadership.
All four groups participated enthusiastically, sharing lessons learned after the game. The key takeaways highlighted the crucial role of managers in effectively conveying information to employees, skillfully assessing their available resources, and being flexible in their guidance to ensure tasks are understood and executed with ease. Furthermore, by stepping into the role of employees, managers gained insight into the emotions and expectations of their team members, fostering a broader and deeper perspective for their daily management responsibilities.
During an interactive session with Dr. Nguyễn Ngọc Thơ, participants had their questions addressed regarding the application of Corporate Culture in management and explored ways to "Think Fast – Communicate Clearly" in the modern era.
Additionally, the program incorporated the launch of the third-quarter Corporate Culture theme, titled "Connection and Interaction." This served as a message to Imexpharm members, encouraging them to prepare well for serious and effective implementation of the initiative.
The forum concluded with a summary of key points related to corporate culture in management. Valuable experiences were shared, and expectations were set for more effective solutions to enhance the integration of corporate culture within the company’s management practices in the future.
