On the morning of September 22nd, 2018, the Quarterly Cultural Activity Topic with the theme "Civilization - Discipline - Solidarity" was solemnly held at the Dong Thap Provincial Youth Activity Center Auditorium. Attending and presiding over the conference were People's Doctor Tran Thi Dao, General Director of Imexpharm, the Board of Directors, over 80 middle-level managers of various departments, and more than 400 employees in Dong Thap.

The intellect and character of leadership determine the “level” and essence of the corporate culture. Imexpharm is fortunate to have leaders with not only great vision but also great hearts. This includes the Board of Directors and the Executive Board, led by People’s Doctor and Pharmacist Tran Thi Dao, General Director.



The overarching cultural theme for Imexpharm over the next five years is "Reaching Global Standards." The year 2018 marks the beginning of the company’s human resources development strategy, a consolidation phase. The focus this year is on standardizing and systematizing all criteria and policies for human resource development while also advancing the company’s cultural strategy. Imexpharm has successfully completed three quarters of this foundational year, achieving commendable results.
In 2018, Imexpharm aims to evaluate its cultural implementation and set the direction for future efforts. The initial step in this phase was a corporate culture survey conducted in late August. The collected information was synthesized into a report presented by Mr. Nguyen Vinh Luan, Head of Human Resource Development. This report included an evaluation of the survey results and proposals for the coming period.
Imexpharm is committed to the belief: “To go fast, go alone. To go far, go together.” For the company to achieve long-lasting success on its journey toward excellence, every team member must adhere to agreed-upon principles and shared beliefs from the outset.
This perspective has been shared with partners, shareholders, and strategic investors. Imexpharm is not a company focused on rapid, short-term growth for speculative investors. To unleash individual potential, every Imexpharm member is encouraged to express themselves and be creative within the boundaries of corporate etiquette and culture. Ms. Tran Thi To Nu, Head of HR Administration, presented a report at the conference, summarizing the company’s adherence to internal regulations and providing solutions for the future.
Any improper behavior, whether intentional or unintentional, exhibited within or outside the company while wearing the corporate uniform, could significantly harm the company’s image. Such incidents leave unfavorable impressions on customers, partners, investors, and society, affecting the cultural values that constitute the company’s intangible assets. This concern was emphasized by Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dinh, Chairman of the Board and Vice General Director, in his address.
Under the guidance of the General Director, every member of the Imexpharm family is called to hold themselves to higher standards, face their shortcomings with honesty, and offer constructive feedback to colleagues. Together, these efforts will create a unique identity for Imexpharm, build a strong culture, and pave the way for a breakthrough future.
