This series of human resource development programs is designed to enhance product knowledge and strengthen Imexpharm's corporate culture. It offers Imexpharm warriors the chance to “sharpen their skills,” while fostering a dynamic and relaxing atmosphere for team members to exchange work experiences and participate in cultural and sports activities. These initiatives promote stronger unity and collaboration across the company’s sales branches nationwide.

The program is divided into multiple phases with a variety of activities: product knowledge training, company culture sharing, and team-building exercises. The first phase took place from October 24-25, 2018, in Can Tho City, the second phase was from October 30-November 3 in Ho Chi Minh City, the third phase was from November 5-6 in Khanh Hoa Province, and the final phase is scheduled for early 2019.

The initial programs in 2018 were highly successful, leaving many memorable moments for every participant. Through this series of activities, it is believed that the "Imexpharm Warriors" are now fully equipped with the knowledge to break through and achieve success in the final months of the year and throughout their journey on the path to "Reaching for the World."
