In early August, Imexpharm’s Customer Relations Department, in collaboration with the Youth Activity Center of Tay Ninh Province, launched the “Circle of Friendship” program, aiming to provide students with a well-deserved opportunity to relax, recharge, and enjoy themselves after a year of dedicated hard work.
This initiative has grown into a flagship event in the Southeast region, offering young participants a vibrant and enriching space to develop their skills and have fun. Over the last five years, the program has made a lasting impact, promoting connections, creativity, and personal growth among the youth.
In previous years, the program visited Tay Ninh, Can Gio, Ho Coc, and Bao Loc. This year, participants enjoyed a refreshing change of scenery in mid-July with a brand-new destination in the heart of the Mekong Delta - Ben Tre, the land of coconuts. Excitement for the program had been building for months, with students eagerly calling and messaging the Customer Relations Department to uncover the “secret details” of the camp. To meet their high expectations, Circle of Friendship 2018 delivered an experience that was truly captivating and unforgettable.
The students stayed at Ham Luong Hotel, and despite a light drizzle, the enthusiasm for “Circle of Friendship” remained strong with exciting games, just like in previous years. The hotel’s spacious hall became the stage for the participants to fully immerse themselves in lively team-building activities.
After some energizing games, the team from Tay Ninh Province’s Youth Activity Center hosted a life skills workshop on the highly practical topic of “Fire Prevention, Firefighting, and Emergency Escape in Case of Fire.” A professional firefighter shared invaluable knowledge and demonstrated techniques for handling emergencies. The students even practiced using fire extinguishers and fire blankets themselves. This hands-on experience undoubtedly prepared them to remain calm and take the right steps if faced with a fire emergency.
In the evening, the stage at Ham Luong Hotel lit up for a gala night filled with emotions, perhaps the most memorable in the history of the Circle of Friendship program. Each performance reflected the students’ dedication and the wholehearted effort of these young “artists,” offering unforgettable moments for both the audience and organizers. The talents, confidence, and natural charisma of the participants were truly impressive, showing that Imexpharm’s nurturing efforts are bearing fruit.
Just when everyone thought the talent show marked the end of the evening, the organizers surprised the participants with a special birthday celebration. Amidst cheers and radiant smiles, the hotel lights dimmed, and a birthday cake was brought out under the glow of sparklers.
Five years may not seem long, especially for adults, but for the students and for us, it’s a world of cherished memories. Some participants who were in middle school during the first program are now entering university. Others have returned as part of the team, capturing photos and videos of the event. These students have truly grown, becoming more dynamic, gaining valuable experiences, and making friends from various provinces - connections they might never have had without this camp. This growth is what makes the organizers, especially Mr. Hong Le Son and Ms. Phung My Hanh felt incredibly proud as they shared their well-wishes with the students.

Following this, the students shared their own memories of the program, making us laugh and cry along with them. These heartfelt moments are a powerful source of motivation for Imexpharm’s Customer Relations Department to continue organizing meaningful and successful camps in the future.
Of course, after the birthday celebration, the students went to bed early, eagerly anticipating the next day’s activities! The following day, they visited Lan Vuong Tourist Area, where they transformed into authentic farmers of the Mekong Delta, engaging in river-based games and activities. For some, it was their first time rowing a sampan or catching fish in a pond, and while they were a bit clumsy at first, they soon mastered these skills like seasoned experts. The fish they caught were cooked into a delicious lunch alongside other Ben Tre specialties like giant freshwater prawns, crispy pancakes, and braised fish.

After lunch at Lan Vuong Tourist Area, it was time for goodbyes. The students promised to excel academically in the coming year so they could reunite at the next Circle of Friendship camp. Work hard, study well, and let’s make the Circle of Friendship even stronger with Imexpharm!
