On the evening of November 21, 2018, Imexpharm was honored for the third time at the 2018 Vietnam's Top 100 Sustainable Enterprises announcement ceremony, organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development in Hanoi. The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue, along with many representatives from ministries, domestic and international organizations, and businesses.
From the early years, when the term "Sustainable Development" was still unfamiliar to domestic businesses, Imexpharm has been a pioneer in implementing strict commitments to meet the criteria required of a sustainable enterprise. Since then, Imexpharm has consistently been among the top companies leading the way in sustainable development in Vietnam.

The Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Mr. Vo Tuan Nhan, presented the certificate to the representative of Imexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.
Achieving this goal is the result of great effort from the entire team of over 1,000 members at Imexpharm. Ensuring the rights and benefits of employees, shareholders, and investors so that all can move forward together is like walking a tightrope, with the artists being none other than the members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.
The significance of sustainable development within pharmaceutical companies must be considered in greater depth, taking into account the specific nature and scale of the industry. Especially in factories with different standards, different measurement indicators must be used. The commitment from the outset to patient benefit when using products from Imexpharm’s EU-GMP certified factories is most evident in the superior treatment outcomes. Patients are discharged earlier, and the likelihood of relapse is reduced, leading to both economic and psychological benefits for the patients. This is the dedication of People's Doctor, Pharmacist Tran Thi Dao, who always places customer and partner value and benefits first in every product.

Among the commitments to sustainable development, we must also mention the commitment to reducing environmental impact and enhancing social welfare. Both of these indicators have shown positive growth each year. To achieve this, numerous challenges were set to optimize production capacity, increase profits, and contribute more to social welfare through educational support, healthcare programs, and assistance for disadvantaged families across the country. Imexpharm is confident that each of its steady steps is carefully considered by the Executive Board and the Board of Directors to harmonize short-term and long-term goals for Imexpharm and its stakeholders.
With all of the above, Imexpharm has contributed to realizing the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations, specifically tailored to the context of sustainable development in Vietnam. We are confident that with this continuous effort, Imexpharm will become the most trusted domestic pharmaceutical company among professionals, consumers, and stakeholders, all working together towards sustainable growth.
