On July 25th 2017, Imexpharm has been honored to be among the top 30 enterprises recognized for having the best annual report in 2017. The event holds special significance as it marks the 10-year journey of the award’s establishment and development, with numerous remarkable achievements along the way. 

The annual report award is a prestigious and reputable recognition for listed companies, organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange and the Hanoi Stock Exchange in collaboration with the Investment Newspaper since 2007, with sponsorship from Dragon Capital.

This award aims to promote transparency among enterprises in disclosing information, thereby fostering effective corporate governance and sustainable development. For 2024, the selection process has become more stringent, incorporating additional criteria into the evaluation system. To ensure the integrity and reliability of the award, it receives technical support from prestigious organizations, including the Big 4 auditing firms (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG), the International Finance Corporation (IFC) under the World Bank, ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), VCCI (Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry), the State Securities Commission, and the Vietnam Securities Depository Center.

At the award ceremony, Imexpharm was once again honored, reflecting the company's correct strategic direction set by the Board of Directors and Executive Board, as well as the dedication of all staff. Imexpharm's consistent recognition over the years with high rankings in the annual report award highlights the company's vision of transparency in operations, a strong focus on quality, and a firm commitment to sustainable development.
